Evaluated Nuclear Data File

Core nuclear reaction database containing evaluated cross sections, spectra, angular distributions, fission product yields, photo-atomic and thermal scattering law data, with emphasis on neutron induced reactions.

The database contains nuclear reaction data (neutron cross-sections and others) from main regional and national evaluated data libraries (ENDF/B-6, USA; JEF-2, NEA; CENDL-2, China; JENDL-3, Japan; and BROND-2, Russia), all in ENDF format and related data processing computer codes for data preparation for neutron transport and shielding calculations for nuclear reactors and many other applications.

The updates are regularly made with new revisions of the libraries through the evaluated data exchange between co-operating nuclear reaction data centres. The Web access to the database, additional to the Telnet access existed earlier, was open in May 1998.

A CD-ROM version of the database has been distributed since 1998.
