TWD : News: Post-doc opportunity Larval nutrition of Queensland fruit fly

Title

Post-doc opportunity Larval nutrition of Queensland fruit fly

Date

25/07/2014

Content

Larval nutrition of Queensland fruit fly

The ultimate goal of the project is to learn as much as we can about the nutritional requirements, preferences and regulation of Queensland fruit fly larvae in order to optimize synthetic diets for use in mass-rearing programs.  While the end point has an applied motivation, almost all of the work leading up to that point would address fundamental issues.

All the best,

Phil
