Registering and
requesting access is not mandatory: you can read and access most of the information
on the Portal by default.
Registering
allows you to add your own content, announcements, to interact in the forums, or access the workspaces.
The registration is a 2 steps process: you must firstly create and
account on the IAEA NUCLEUS system, then request the access to the AKP for this
account.

1. CREATE AN
ACCOUNT ON NUCLEUS
a) Go to http://nucleus.iaea.org/Home/index.html and fill the
form available in the upper right corner, by clicking on “Register”.
b) A mail will be sent to
you short after your registration. Click on the link mentioned in the mail to
confirm your registration.
c) Go to the
Accelerator Knowledge Portal main page and sign in with you login and password in
the upper right corner.
2. REQUESTING
ACCESS TO THE ACCELERATOR KNOWLEDGE PORTAL
a) On the Accelerator Knowledge Portal main page,
click on “Request Access” in the lower left corner
and fill the form.
b) Once we have received your request, we will send
you a mail confirming it has been accepted.
c) You can now access the Accelerator Knowledge
Portal, and be a part of the networking accelerator community.
Access should be
granted within 2 days after your request. If you haven't received any
confirmation after 2 days,
please contact Aliz Simon and Julien Demarche directly at Accelerators.Contact-Point@iaea.org
If you have any trouble with any step of this procedure, please send us a
mail.
