Mammals: Acute oral LD50 for rats and mice >2500, rabbits and dogs >500 mg/kg.Acute percutaneous LD50 for rats >2500 mg/kg. Non-irritating to skin; slight eyeirritant (rabbits). Acute inhalation LC50 (4 hours) for rats >0.408 mg/l air.In 3-month feeding trials, no-effect level for rats was 800 mg/kg diet, andfor dogs >5000 mg/kg diet.Birds: Non-toxic to birds.Fish: Non-toxic to fish. LC50 (96 hours) for goldfish 600-800, carp 400-600,orfe 300-350, rudd 20-40 mg/l (lenacil-containing product).Bees: Not toxic to bees.
