How to participate with contribution
1. Send abstract to
physics@iaea.org before deadline -
4 September 2017
2. Receive confirmation e-mail from IAEA staff regarding your abstract
3. Fill the Forms (A – Participation Form,
B – Paper/Abstract Submission Form
(for Divertor Concepts TM INDICO id is not needed, leave that field empty),
C – Grant Application Form for participants from developing countries) and send that Forms to your competent official authority (Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Permanent Mission to the IAEA, National Atomic Energy Authority) for transmitting them to the IAEA before deadline -
8 September 2017
4. Regularly check the status of your nomination to be sure that all document are sent to IAEA and Fusion Portal web page concerning updates and new information
5. Apply for visa if needed
6. Receive confirmation e-mail from IAEA staff about type of contribution that you will have on the Technical Meeting
7. Attend the Technical Meeting
