On the “Basic Profile”, update and/or add personal details including passport data, affiliation/home institute and contact information. Please note that all fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory and must be filled out. If you are not sure which fields still require your attention, you may find out by using the “Check Missing Fields” feature. The basic profile must be completed when registering for conferences and symposia listed on InTouch+ should you not intend to request for financial funding.
It is mandatory for every InTouch+ user to be associated with an affiliation/institute to apply for an IAEA event. You may search for your affiliation/institute from an IAEA maintained database by clicking on the magnifying glass in the corresponding field. Once confirmed, the address of the affiliation/institute will automatically populate. You may update the address as needed.
Should your affiliation/institute not appear in the results, kindly email us the exact institute name and address at InTouchPlus.Contact-Point@iaea.org for further support.
