Rejected bank details

  • The IAEA may reject your request and ask for additional information. In such cases, you will receive an email notification to the email provided in the “Remittance Email Address” field.
  • There are two additional ways to display the rejection comment:

    a) Hover over the “Additional Info” symbol:

    b) Or, click on the account number:

  • To update rejected bank details, click on the “Update” symbol in the respective row for the corresponding bank account or delete the request altogether by clicking on the trash bin.
