1) Click on “New Account” at the top right corner of the “Bank Details” page.
2) Select the country of your bank and all necessary fields for the respective country will appear. The IAEA does not require intermediary bank instructions, therefore please ensure you provide your beneficiary bank details. Note: all fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory and must be filled out.
3) Insert the mandatory “Account Name”; this is the name of the account as held by your bank. The “Account Name” should not be the “Bank Name” or “Account Type”. Joint accounts are accepted, however at least your name should be part of the “Account Name”.
4) You can save your bank account as a draft at any stage by clicking on the “Save” button. The bank account will then be visible under “In Process Bank Details”.
5) To finalize adding your new bank account, click on “Submit”.
6) Lastly, kindly confirm the action in the pop-up window by clicking on “OK”.
7) Your bank account will be automatically added and visible under “Active Bank Details” unless further processing by the IAEA is required. Once processed, you will receive an email notification to your “Remittance Email Address”.
