Module 1: Building Resilience
Resilience is the ability of individuals to overcome adversity by turning negative experiences into positive outcomes. It’s about bouncing back and using difficult situations as an opportunity to grow and enhance performance. It applies to different life areas: family, personal, professional, etc., which often overlap and therefore the skill of resilience is transferable.
The module on building resilience will be delivered in face-to-face training through sharing practical exercises that will help personnel in their day-to-day work to strengthen resilience and be more versatile. In this module, we will explore our own level of resilience and resilience theories, develop a growth mindset to be more resilient in a range of circumstances and help build mental agility and emotional wellbeing.
