UNDERSTANDING ANXIETY



Anxiety is, like depression, one of the most commonly experienced mental health challenges world-wide. ​There are vari​ations between cultures for many complex reasons, but it is estimated that, on average, one in four people will experience at least one phase of clinical anxiety in their life. If you are concerned about feeling tense, worried, or anxious to an extent that you find worrying or impacting your wellbeing, please don't hesitate to contact your agency's staff counsellor for a confidential consultation.
