Mission Statement

The aim of this knowledge base is to support the preservation and sharing of expert knowledge and experience, across the international Graphite Community.

The knowledge base contains two levels of knowledge:

  • General information on the subject of Nuclear Graphite
  • Specialist knowledge, secured for members of the international project

NDMAS ​

The Nuclear Data Management and Analysis System (NDMAS) was created to import, qualify, graph, analyze, store, and deliver data collected as part of nuclear fuel and materials research programs conducted at the Idaho National Laboratory (INL) Advanced Test Reactor (ATR). The first program that NDMAS supported was the Department of Energy (DOE) Advanced Reactor Technologies Gas-Cooled Reactor (ART-GCR) program, previously Next Generation Nuclear Plant (NGNP) and Very-High Temperature Reactor (VHTR) programs. This has since expanded to other programs such as the Advanced Fuel Campaign (AFC) program and is continually updated to preserve and conveniently make available the millions of dollars and many years worth of research conducted in these programs. These data are collected under NQA-1 compliant INL quality assurance programs and NDMAS also follows NQA-1 compliant procedures to process and deliver the data. This data is available through access-controlled webpages with dynamic displays and downloadable data and analyses. Researchers, industry partners, and others interested in these data are welcome to email ndmas-webadmin@inl.gov to request access to specific data sets available in NDMAS.
