Bank Details

 

The “Bank Details” page enables you to register and administer your bank details with the IAEA to receive payments for event attendance and can be found under the “Home tab”.

Note:

• If you are a new InTouch+ user, the “Bank Details” page will become available after your event application has been approved either for a TC event or for a Scientific and Technical Meetings (including conferences and symposia) with financial assistance, by the Country Approver.
• If you are an existing InTouch+ user who has received payment as participant attending IAEA events, the “Bank Details” page will be available upon login.

At all times, only one bank account can be active to which payments will be made. You may add a new bank account at any point in time. This action will inactivate the currently active bank account.

The “Bank Details” page consists of three sections:

1. “In Process Bank Details” will show your submitted request which is being processed by the IAEA or your saved drafts.
2. “Active Bank Details” contains your bank account currently active for payments.
3. “Inactive Bank Details” shows your inactive bank account(s) registered with the IAEA.
