Events organized under the technical cooperation (TC) programme entail a two-stage review process:

Initial endorsement by the designated TC project counterpart

Final country approval by the designated TC country approver (NLO/NCR/NLA)
Events organized as scientific and technical meetings, including conferences and symposia entail a single-stage review process:

Immediate country approval by the designated Registration Focal Point(RFP) upon application submission by the prospective candidate
