To request information as TC project counterpart (PCP), access the application through the application link in the email received or the “Endorsements” tab or the “Home” tab in InTouch+, and
- Review the content as explained in the Endorsement help page.
- Click on the “Request More Information” button.
A page similar to sending an email will automatically contain the participant’s email address.
- Kindly explain what type of information is missing.
- Request more information by clicking on “Submit”.
The updated status of the application is “Requested information” in the “Completed” actions
