Recall of Application

Depending on the event type, the event application form and review and approval roles will vary.

Events organized under the technical cooperation (TC) programme entail a two-stage review process:

  • Initial endorsement by the designated TC project counterpart (PCP)
  • Final country approval by the designated TC country approver (NLO/NCR/NLA)

Events organized as conferences and symposia as well as scientific and technical meetings entail a single-stage review process:

  • Immediate country approval by the designated Registration Focal Point (RFP) upon application submission by the prospective candidate

Designated TC NLOs/NCRs/NLAs should refer below to “Recall application as Country Approver” whereas alternate RFPs should refer to “Recall application as RFP”
