All InTouch+ users are required to have a NUCLEUS account. If you don’t have a NUCLEUS username and password, please follow the instructions to firstly set up your NUCLEUS account here. Once your account is created, please follow the steps:
a) Go to the InTouch+ home page, provide your NUCLEUS username and password and access your profile by clicking on “Sign in”.
b) Once logged in, you will automatically access your “Profile” tab if it is incomplete. If you have completed your profile, you will automatically be directed to the “Home” tab, however you may edit your profile at any given time by clicking on the “Profile” tab.
c) Should you have multiple roles, once logged in, you will be directed to the page or profile you last accessed prior to logging out. You may change your role in the right-hand corner under your profile picture and corresponding tabs will change accordingly.
The InTouch+ platform includes three unique types of profile views. Access the relevant button to find detailed guidance for your relevant profile set up.
The “RFP Profile” view is solely visible to Registration Focal Points (RFPs), who are designated to register and approve their country’s delegation to the meetings of the Policy-Making Organs (General Conference, Board of Governors and its Committees). For scientific and technical meetings, including conferences and symposia, RFPs can be designated individuals from the Permanent Mission, Ministry of Foreign Affairs or National Atomic Energy Agency, who endorse the registration of individual participants.
The “Basic Profile” must be completed by all applicants registering for conferences and symposia listed on InTouch+ should you not intend to request for financial funding.
The “Complete Profile” is required for applying to scientific and technical meetings as well as technical cooperation (TC) events such as training courses, fellowships, scientific visits, meetings, sponsored participation events. In addition, the “Complete Profile” must be selected and finalized when applying to conferences and symposia with request for financial assistance.
