​​​​If you have forgotten the username and/or password for your NUCLEUS Account, follow these steps.
I know my NUCLEUS Account email address
On any NUCLEUS page, click on the Sign In button at the top right-hand corner.
On the Sign In page, click on "Did you forget your username or password?" link, beneath the password field.
On the Password Recovery page, enter the email address you used to register your NUCLEUS account with. Enter the (captcha) characters. Click the Submit button.
You will receive a password reset email at the address you have indicated. Follow the link provided in the email to set a new password for your account. On this page, enter your new password - following the password strength guidelines, and re-enter the new password in the next field to confirm. Click the Submit button to set your new password
I have forgotten my NUCLEUS Account email address
If you cannot remember the email address you used when registering on NUCLEUS, it is not possible to automatically reset your password. You can Contact Us for help on this.
