Beamline
The X-Ray Fluorescence (XRF) beamline was designed, funded and assembled by staff of EST. The beamline is built downstream of a bending magnet, section 10.1 of EST storage ring. A wide energy range (2-14 keV) is accessible thanks to different double crystals and multilayers, as summarized in the table below.
