​Handheld XRF​

Modern handheld analysers include a miniature x-ray tube excitation modified by using different combinations of filters, and Silicon Drift detector. In some cases, a small video camera is added to visualize the inspected area.

Handheld instruments are usually factory calibrated for different applications and include different options for visualization of measurement results and export of measured spectra
